This method includes swishing a tablespoon of oil in your mouth on an empty stomach for about 15 – 20 minutes. Namely, through this process you will flush out all toxins from the body and in same time you will improve your oral and general health. This oil pulling technique is particularly beneficial for detoxification of your teeth and gums. In same time this method will whiten your teeth.
It is interesting to mention that people who have tried this technique say that it is great for certain skin conditions, arthritis, asthma, headaches, hormonal imbalance, infections, etc. Still, the oil pulling method primarily will improve your oral health.
Our advice is to try this method. Below we are going to describe you how to get rid of dental tartar, bad breath and plaque – forever!
How to perform the technique?
In order to perform oil pulling all you need to do is to put few teaspoons of vegetable oil (for example coconut, sesame or olive oil) in your mouth and swish it around for about 20 minutes. After that, spit out and rinse with water.
You can achieve best results of this method if you perform it in the morning before breakfast or coffee, or in the evening right before you go to bed.
Take 1-2 teaspoons of a vegetable oil by your choice in your mouth and then swish it for 20 minutes. Spit and rinse your mouth, preferably with lukewarm water. Keep in mind that during the swishing, the oil should become thicker and milky and should be creamy white when you spit it out. After rinsing your mouth with water you should brush your teeth as usual.
Maybe at first this process will be a bit difficult, but after few minutes you will get used to it. With regular use of this technique your teeth will become whiter and brighter. You will notice incredible results in just one week!
