Foods containing Monosodium Glutamate

Monosodium glutamate or MSG is food additive that is utilized to enhance the flavor of certain foods as frozen snacks, potato chips, canned and frozen Chinese foods, frozen dinners, soups and store – bought salad dressings.

This additive may cause inflammation and pain in the body. Patients who already suffer from inflammatory conditions as rheumatoid arthritis should avoid this artificial additive due to the fact it can be very harmful to the health.
