Kale is great plant that has the ability to cleanse your kidneys. Pineapple contain bromelain that helps digestion, while the while ginger stimulates bile flow in the gall bladder. You will need a juicer.
½ cup of pineapple
½ cup of mint
½ squeezed lemon
¼ inch of ginger
2 large cucumbers
1 bunch of kale (remove the stems)
Put all the ingredients in the juicer and mix well.
DETOX DRINK WITH PINEAPPLE, LEMON AND POMEGRANATE
For the preparation of this juice you don’t need a juicer.
3 cups of water
1 cup of unsweetened pomegranate juice
¾ cup of unsweetened pineapple juice
In a cup put all ingredients and mix. These ingredients are sufficient for 4 servings which you can consume throughout the day.
Prepare a mixture of sliced celery, radishes and cucumber, or any other fresh vegetables. After that, pour olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. You can consume this combination as snack throughout the day.
FRUIT SMOOTHIE FOR LUNCH
½ cup of plain, unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup of frozen blueberries
½ cup of ice
1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed or chia
Preparation: Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well until you get a nice and smooth combination.

2 tablespoons of chopped fresh oregano

Preparation: In a pot put all of the above mentioned ingredients, except the chopped parsley, and after that add the 2 quarts of water. Let it boil and reduce heat. After that, leave it simmer for an hour. You can serve it topped with freshly chopped parsley.
